What does Phomello mean?
Phomello is an African - origin name, meaning ‘succeed’. All our products have been designed by keeping in mind the home of today, as we believe that we have something for every home.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 3 to 7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Email us at customerservice@phomellohome.com with your requirement and complete shipping address and we will get back to you with a shipping quote from our courier partner. Or call +91- 8448054292 from 10:30 AM to 6 PM Monday to Saturday.
Is your order eligible for free shipping?
All orders above INR 10,000 qualify for free shipping.
- RETURN AND REPLACEMENT
Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incorrect Product
All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Please note we do not accept returns of ceramic products. Ceramic products require professional packing and are very likely to get damaged en route.
In case you used an e-gift card to make the payment for the canceled order, your e-gift card will be credited with this amount.
When will the refund reach my account?
Once we receive the items in good condition in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund and it will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise. The refunds can be made in the form of Online Store Credits. Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation.

Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account. Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
How do I cancel my order?
As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at customerservice@phomellohome.com or reach us at the following numbers within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you - +91-8448054292.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Will you hold the order and ship it at a later time?

What are Store Credits?
Store credits are easy money. A form of phomellohome.com currency, they are securely stored in your account. They never expire and can be used for any future purchases without any restrictions. They appear as a payment method during the checkout, with an option of using any particular amount that you wish to.
DO YOU HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
Yes, we have festive sales. The exact dates of these will be advertised near the time. Only selected products will be available in the sale and, due to the exclusive nature of our product categories, we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase later in the season. We also have occasional exclusive promotions/offers for our Instagram family and for those signed up to our newsletter. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter at the foot of this page to be notified of these.
Is GST included in the price mentioned?
Yes, GST is included in the price.
Do you use real solid wood in your products?
Yes, we use original solid wood which is legally procured from well-organized forests and farms. We also use MDF in some of our products.
How can I clean your metallic products?
Metal doesn’t like being left unwashed for longer. Give it a bath immediately after use and wipe it dry with a cloth.
Will wood look just as good as the day I bought it?
Wood grows old. To maintain the quality of the product, rub it with coconut, sunflower, or olive oil and watch it age gracefully.
Where are your stores?
Since Phomello was born during the times of Covid - 19, we don’t have a store as of now. We have mastered the art of Working From Home (WFH). We have a studio in New Delhi. Call +91 8448054292 for help, questions, and special treatment.
